Hey Jerryll, I am very excited for you. Sounds like you have done the right marketing to get a deal. Do you mind sharing what you had for a marketing plan, I'm always curious to see what works. Good luck in your deal and please let us know how it goes.

Hello Barry, You give some really good advice here. I am looking to purchase properties outside of my local area as well, so any tips I can pick up are really appreciated.

WOW this is so exciting that there are so many of you out there and willing to help out with funding. I am looking for a deal that fits the Formula and was always a little worried that i would find the right deal and then struggle with getting the funding to finish it. However after seeing that there is plenty of assistance I feel so much better.

One question, if I may, what do you guys suggest is the best way to post that I have that deal and need funding? In other words, are there key words to use to catch attention or what? Thanks all.

Hi Dave, sounds like you are doing all the right things to get it going. I can tell you it takes time and patience. Keep reading, listening to all the podcasts you can (have you tried EPIC Real Estate Podcasts) and attending the Real Estate Meet ups in your area. The business as you may know is about building relationships, so go out there and build them.

I'm getting into posting and I totally agree that the more often you post and connect to others the more you will learn and grow your business. Thanks for posting and keep it up!

Hi Marquis, Welcome to BP, I am also a Real Estate investor in the Las Vegas area, That doesn't mean we are competitors, because there are plenty to go around, it means we are partners in a great market. Please let me know if you have any deals that you may need a partner and I'll do the same.

With regards to legal contracts, I joined the Advance Real Estate Education team and they offer the contracts to the students, but it was very expensive to join, so in the meantime you might want to try Legal Zoom, they offer contracts.

First off, Thank you Vy for posting your ad, and good luck.

Hey Dewain, I'll be sending you a message as well for some assistance in private money.

Thanks all.
