I started using Batch last year and had success. I paused and have recently resumed but am trying Propstream. Jury is still out but after two weeks, the Live call stats are low compared to my skips from Batch. You get what you pay for sometimes!

Rudy! I took the bootcamp 2 weeks ago and it was tons of information and great resources. I've been analyzing deals for the past 2 weeks. Would love to hear more about what you've learned since your purchase.

@Bradley Chapman Does AirDNA allow you to export any of the data? Id like to use their Investment Explorer for directional guidance. If i paid $500 for that snapshot, would be great to export it.
