The rents in our area are higher than what the government would give them. We don't expect to recover the lost rent, unless the insurance companies change their rules for lost rent.

Our city has also enacted a “no eviction rule” and we wanted to get ahead of it by providing some relief for our valued tenants.

We lowered our rents by 50% for April and will look at May in a few weeks

We currently have 11 units, excellent tenants and most of them are losing sources of income. As a proactive measure we reduced their rent by 50% for the month of April and will look at May in a few weeks.
