I am looking at a foreclosed property that went to auction, now up bye a agent for sell 3 acre land for 32k. A double wide trailer on it that is not livable in and on 1.5acre the rest is wooded, an offer was given for 11k and for them to keep the mobile home. I seen the location of the land it is something that I want to build my own personal wooded home on but I am not sure what should be offered for it since I don’t want the mobile.

Thanks guys. I have been calling around and trying to set a few meet ups together with my local market. I know things will take some time learning everything but I’m glad to do things now the right way connected here on bigger pockets and knowing alittle what to look in my area

Hello community! My name is Robert I have recently crossed the podcast and ever since been studying more and more about real estate. I am eager to get started investing to build capital and overall a more stable future, rather than factory work for the man with very little retirement I wish to get started now as I am young.
