Michael,

My name is Robert Del Toro and I started in this industry about 3 months ago. I'm in the process of completing my first flip. It actually took us longer to secure the deal than the renovations-

Anyways, I'm also a licensed contractor in Florida. Although, it's not very likely that I'll travel that way but, if you have any questions I answer to the best of my ability.

Your introduction is inspiring. Thank you.

If you just go to home depot they have plumbing fixtures that are very efficient and affordable. Just have a plumber make sure that you put a stop to all the leaks in the place and while he's there install a new fixtures. Shower valves or bath valves should be installed from the room next to the bathroom; I've seen guys rip open a tiled bath wall when all they needed to do was open it from the common wall that divides the bathroom (for example) to the bedroom. Cut the wall open in the bedroom to access the shower valve, remove, replace and close the bedroom wall. No tile work required.

Sometimes trying to replace a flap on a old toilet that isn't very efficient in the first place isn't really worth sending a plumber to do in the first place.

Hope this helps.

I'm out of Coral Springs, Florida and I think networking would be great for this area. I don't see as much movement compared to other areas.

We are in progress with our first deal and trying to raise capital for our second. Looking to find a private investor. Any thoughts?

Thanks everyone. I'm looking to make 2016 my best year. With the skills that I have for estimating, computer drafting (plans), familiar with the permitting, I have accounts with a few suppliers that give me good discounts, and I have the experience. But, I'm looking for a private lender.

Yes I do have time to work on other projects. I have a reliable list of subcontractors that I've worked with over the years. I'm also capable of producing drawings/plans  (if the building department allows- some want a licensed designer).

I'm a licensed contractor. I've decided to get involved with buying and selling real estate. With my years of experience in the construction industry I know that gives me an advantage over some.

I'm currently looking for a private investor looking to make a better return on his investment.

My company is currently working on our first property. Which should be available in about 2-3 weeks.
