Hey @Mike Cumbie, looks like the reason is that i was posting from my phone, typing this from my computer and the link popped right up. Just wanted to pass this along in case someone else runs into the same issue.

How do I link another member in the forum posts? I tried using the @ symbol followed by the person's name and its not showing up as a link. Could it be because I am posting on my phone?

Hey BP! My name is Robert Campbell and I live in Secaucus, NJ. Been lurking and learning for about a year now. The knowledge to be gained from this site is limitless and I can't get enough. I finally took the plunge for a PRO membership and am ready to start seriously analyzing deals. I've been interested in a few out of state markets for buy and hold or BRRRR investments, with Kansas City, MO and Jacksonville, FL at the top of my list. Looking to connect with agents and wholesalers from these areas, also property management services and contractors. A turnkey company is an option I am considering as well.
