Hello everyone, I'm a realtor with KW and currently work with some investors from Utah. They've found that their money goes a lot further here in Louisville, KY. Here you can buy a multifamily unit for as low as $25,000. We also have some flips in the higher price range, that have great margins. What are investors doing in your area with the low inventory? Have you thought about expanding outside of the state?

Hello, I currently work with a few investors here in Louisville from California as their realtor. Is there a shortage on listings there or is it just the ROI here in Louisville?

Hello Everyone,

I'm hosting our next Investor Luncheon March 8th at the Louisville Boat Club from 11:30-2:00. We will have a lawyer from Mooser & Associates coming in to speak about purchasing properties at the courthouse. We will also have SurePoint equity come speak about their terms and low interest rates. This is a great event to meet other investors and network with a great investor minded realtor, title company, and hard money lender.
