@Jacob Henderson it’s all about the list.  Try list source to an buy a list with whatever critter is you are looking for.  There’s a ton of predetermined mailers online ready to go.

@Account Closed oddly enough my campaign is targeting multi families also.  We’re you able to purchase any of those deal with cash as opposed to listing?  Trying to get listings and also build my investment portfolio.  Thanks for the advice.

@Account Closed my thought exactly.  Especially if you get granular with your marketing and hit the same zip, in multiple ways!

@Russell Brazil why would you limit yourself to only one outcome?  

We would disclose that we were agents.  Then would gauge their willingness to list.  OR if they want quick sales.

Looking to using @jerrypuckets service seems that he Has great reviews on BP.  Are there any agents out there that have used his service and seen any success?  Thanks for the feedback.
