@Conrad Legé

Thanks, great advice. I've done all of this except higher an VA and I'm considering doing that now.
Not to continuously ask for advice, but if you happen to know any good ones for this particular niche, I’d love a recommendation.😁

Thanks!

@Conrad Legé

Thanks, I feel like you’re right; this is definitely still doable depending on what city you choose. The biggest barrier seems to be finding properties and landlords though.
i'm in Atlanta so I would want to start here but also, I am thinking internationally. Any words of advice on how to find the right properties and willing landlords? So far in my inquiries for rental listings I've been mentioning that I can pay six months rent in advance, every six months. I feel like this is a nice enticement for landlords to consider. But even the ones that want to consider it have turned out to have properties that don't allow this such as Condo communities with HOA regs. that prohibit it. Thanks again for your reply.

Thanks everyone for the good advice.
@Andrew Steffens I appreciate knowing that and also about where to find more info in the forms. I did a quick search and didn’t come across it originally, but I will double check now that you’ve pointed that out to me. Thank you!

Great comments and advice from everyone!
@Sarah Kensinger do you have any recommendations for some good mentors in this area? I would gladly pay a legit mentor to help me fast track the process of finding properties to do this with. Thanks again.

Thanks, I appreciate your reply. I actually live in Atlanta, which is why I wanted to start here first. I’m not about to be moving into an apartment, however. I love my house. 😁

Also, that’s the city of Atlanta regulations… I guess since the metro is various counties and other cities, etc. my work is cut out for me as far as researching the best places to do this. 👍🏼

Thank you for this thoughtful reply and for the links.

You actually had someone reach out to you to ask you to do the arbitrage? I feel that this is the biggest stumbling block so far, finding property and landlords that work for this. I’ll check out the links that you included, I really appreciate that a lot.
What I’d really love to find is a comprehensive resource that lists out rules and regulations in different cities worldwide, but perhaps that would be the size of an encyclopedia. I’d also love to know how to get landlords to come to me instead of me reaching out to 50 people a day.
In any case, thanks again so much!

Post: Any landlords in Atlanta interested in doing a sublease?

I'm interested in doing some arbitrage with AirBnB and VRBO, looking for a few properties to lease in the Atlanta area. I'd be willing to pay the rent 6 months in advance (every 6 months) and agree to be responsible for all repairs & maintenance. If you're renting property in Atlanta and you'd like to discuss, let me know. Thanks.

I'm looking to possibly try this in Atlanta and then possibly some European cities. Wondering if anyone has had luck doing this. How did you find a landlord willing to accept this arrangement?
