Any landlords in Atlanta interested in doing a sublease?

I'm interested in doing some arbitrage with AirBnB and VRBO, looking for a few properties to lease in the Atlanta area. I'd be willing to pay the rent 6 months in advance (every 6 months) and agree to be responsible for all repairs & maintenance.
