Chris Martin Sam Sjoberg Chris, you make a great point. Sam, let's say you buy a property all cash. If the property doesn't meet the owner occupied threshold, it will be difficult to secure financing. When you try to sell that property in 10 years, your buyer pool will be limited to only cash payers!

William Pickett Hi. Are you concerned about factoring in vacancies. Most mf operators factor somewhere between 5-10% income (1 months rent roster).
