Hi!

When taking a loan from the national bank, would it be best if you take a loan on a small period or rather a long?

I am 22 years old and looking for some information!

My plan is to earn 5000 passive income asap.

Thanks for your advise!

Awesome that you're allready starting to take action in this investing area at your age! (just turned 24 myself)

Correct me if I got it wrong, but you want to rent (not purchase) a storage unit yourself and rent this out to students?
What do you mean exactly with a storage unit, like a garage or something?

And for buying a studio to rent out to students you'll need I would say at least 100 000 euro (still very conservative). How do you plan to pay for this with your savings alone, because I doubt any bank will give you a loan based on you haven't got any income at all.

Hi! Nice to hear a fellow young investor in Belgium, we should meet up!

Hi! Nice to hear a fellow young investor in Belgium, we should meet up!

I meant like buying a storage unit (garage) and rent it out (not particularly to students) or a studio to rent to some people (also not particulary to students). The avarage amount of money the studio costs is 120k, so I cannot afford that, but with a loan it should be possible (i am doing research until I get a job and then I can act on it, at this moment I will get no loan since I have no income!).

At the moment I have like 15k on my account ready to invest, but I should probably wait until I can a loan. But it can do no harm in preparing for the moment i can get a loan! :-)

Hi all, kind regards from Belgium!

I am 22 years old and just starting out! It looks like an awesome road a head, and I am enthousiastic!!

I was looking at renting storage units and at a studio to rent out to students. But I don't know which one is the best to start, which things should I investigate and to what should I pay close attention. The most scariest thing for me is, I don't know if a studio or storage unit is in a good shape, I have no idea if one is worth 10.000 euros or 20.000.

What is a good way to start learning those things?

Kind regards

Robbe
