I disagree about the wages,

Here’s why: people earn a wage based on the skills they have ie.. low skills low wages, nobody’s entitled to anything unless it’s earned!

It’s my opinion that rent control is just another take away from landlords/Investors that ironically have better skills than the people that wine about not being able to afford something that they don’t deserve based on their effort put forth!

It’s a business that’s under attack from the people that want to give everything for free in this country and it’s just stupid!!
