No money down and OPM are paramount if you are trying to achieve scale.

Unfortunately, trail and error and luck are how to find a great VA. Put systems in place which can simply be run through google drive or asana to assign tasks and keep track of work.

Congrats on the great deal. Is your ROI calc an IRR? You can easily run this calculation in excel or even google sheets. This will give you the most honest comparable return calculation similar to NPV. Cheers
