@Josh Bryant Thanks for your reply. I need a  buyers agent to make offers on properties we're interested in, and I also need a listing agent to list the properties we want to sell. We do direct marketing but sometimes we find properties through agents. My wife has studied for the real estate licensing exam but she is still undecided about sitting for the exam and getting licensed due to the conflicting opinions on the pros and cons of being a licensed agent/real estate investor. Until my wife gets her license, we need an investor friendly real estate agent in our team.

I just saw this post but not able to make it on such a short notice. Could anyone let me know when the next meeting would be? Thanks
