Hello BP!

My partner (@Doug Karkow) and I would like to increase our contractor manpower to get our projects done quicker and be ready to take on our next projects when we buy more real estate.  With that, we figured we could build a contractor business and would like to get some advice for people that have done this before.

1. Should we form a legal entity?

2. Should we keep contractors as 1099 or make some(or all) W2?

3. Should we hire a project manager/assistant along with this?

4. What is the best place to market for quality contractors?

5. Any other advice you would give?
