I went with incfile.com.  It included a free registered agent for a year, some tax training and also had an expedited option.

I am currently matching new business owners with commercial/residential properties.  I fund these through private lenders.  I use licensed RE Agents and local RE Lawyers.  I also use insurance products to protect all involved.
