What are you paying to set up a series LLC?

I recently contacted an entity off of biggerpockets, I was a little taken aback on how much it was going to cost to set up a Series LLC (~5k). This fee includes all documents to start a business, operating agreement, and the Texas LLC filing fee.

I understand one gets what they pay for, but I think it's a good idea to do ones due diligence for most if not all expenses real estate related.  A bit about me, I live in Nevada, and currently have one buy and hold in Missouri.  I hope to add several more buy and holds in Missouri, and periodically flipping along the way.

Love to hear everyone's thoughts on asset protection, and what you're paying for it.
