I went to the Realty411 expo this weekend and met the founders. Spoke Denise and Frank. I am somewhat torn on signing up or not as I have read more negative feedbacks from this community. They said they will charge me $2,000 and not $20,000. Trying to get into my first investment and mentorship is something I want to consider but still debating them as 2 things that are making me hesitant is they want me to do things by flipping but right now my goal is to own turnkey for passive income. Second is they seem to have touched the get rich quick so I am a little lost right now on this.
