You just have to get over it and go for it. I work from the perspective that every person is going to reject me, so I just expect it, so it's not big deal, and when I get a positive response, then it's a high point.

This is a question best asked of a CPA. However, I think Nick is right- it's based on purchase price, not how much you borrow.

Do you want to post when traffic is highest or when traffic is slowest? I would guess regardless of time of day, when there is something interesting going on in the world or big breaking news, there would be a spike in tweets. It seems that if you want to be noticed, it would best to tweet when less people are tweeting, but for your followers, they will see your tweets no matter when you do them. So my opinion is like Josh- do it when you have something to say. Just do it consistently every day.

In what sense do you mean "claim" it? Do you mean claiming it as a tax deduction because it was used for repairs, or do you mean claiming it as part of the purchase price when applying for the first time home buyer tax credit?

Hi James- I am a lender in Evergreen, CO. If you need help with any financing, let me know, I would be happy to help or help answer your questions on this end of things. It's a lot harder to find "traditional" financing, so you have to be creative these days. There are definitely a lot of great deals to be found in Colorado right now, so you are on the right track.

Thanks, RJ Baxter

It could also be argued that US investment firms made the investments appear safe to foreign and domestic investors. This led to increased appetite for these securities and availability of risky products to consumers.

It's a good idea to either work under a mentor who can help guide you in how to build your business the right way and/or find a company who can provide reliable leads or walk-in business.
