Hey @Jonathan Lake

Thank you for reading and replying to my post. The reason why I am looking to start by wholesaling because I heard that it is easier to do than the rest of areas in real estate. Being that I am new to real estate business I would like to get into something that is not very difficult for a new investor like myself but  my goal is get into the buy, fix and hold real estate so I can build steady cash flow and achieve financial freedom. I would like to connect with you so if you are interested let me know so we can move forward.

Hi Bigger Pockets,

My Name is Nasir Francis and I am currently living in Bronx, New York. I found bigger pockets a little over a month ago after a person at a local REIA meeting told me to start their, I have been listening to the Podcasts by Brandon and reading the forums and I am eager to get the ball rolling and start investing. I have little to no knowledge of real estate, it is new to me but I am here to learn about Real Estate. I am looking to invest in the Syracuse, New York market and I would like to start by investing in wholesale properties. A person once told me that is the best thing to start with as a new investor. Thanks for taking time to read my post and I am hoping I can receive some helpful feedback from the bigger pockets community that i can use in my real estate investing endeavors.

Hey, I would like to know should you invest in a property that is foreclosed/bank owned or is it easier to invest in a property that is owned by the seller

@Kevin Hunter Thanks A lot, I will take a look at it

Hello Bigger Pockets, I am new to Real Estate investing, I always hear about investors buying and selling properties with no or low money down of their own money. I am humbly asking how is it possible to buy and sell a home with non of your money and what are the steps people take to make that happen? I would love to hear from experienced real estate investors who have done this investing strategy before
