I dont have any specifics but a few things my first boss told me were work smarter not harder, spending a whole day to do something a pro can do in 2 hours isnt a good use of time. Use the right tools, messing around with something for twice as long because youre too cheap to get the right tool isnt smart either. And lastly if you're going to be lazy and half *** something dont bother at all, it wont turn out well for you or whoever has the property after you.

It all depends on confidence level. Watching videos on youtube and reading books may will show you basics but that wont mean much if you never try it with your own hands. I work in remodeling and renovation professionally and learned everything from hands on experience and common sense. Start with small things to build confidence and keep working at it. There's probably going to be more than one time you start something and find out youre over your head and need to call a pro to finish and theres nothing wrong with that, watch what they do and try and learn something from it.

I have two that I use, for interior and exterior walls, and trim I use a graco pro x9 and for things that need a finer finish, furniture, cabinets, doors, ect. The main thing with using a larger sprayer is prep work. I Use 9 in. paper and tape around top and bottom trim and plastic on the walls and floor to prevent overspray. It might take a while but its much less hassle than brushing. I use an earlex hvlp spray station 5500. If youve got any rehab type question feel free to message me.

Hello all, my name is Ryan Rippinger, I dont really have much knowledge or background in real estate. Ive been reading on here for a long time and finally decided to join. I do have some experience from working with investors but only on rehab. I work on the remodeling and renovation side.

My goals are to hopefully get into wholesale, flipping, and rental property
