Hello, I'm seeking a Cleveland-based property management company that excels in communication. Preferably a mid-sized property management company. Most of my properties will be in class C neighborhoods. Please message me and I would love to connect with you. Thank you.

Hello,

I have an established career in the tech industry, and I'm looking to start a second career in the real estate sector. BRRRR will be my focus. I'm very interested in the AL market, especially Birmingham and Montgomery. If we haven't connected, it'd be great to chat about real estate together! Feel free to shoot me a PM anytime.

Looking for a general contractor for my next rehab project in Birmingham, AL. Since I'm not in AL, ideally the GC will be able to help me walk the property before I submit my offer and give me a rough estimate.

If the deal doesn't go through and the rehab project does not end up happening, I'm happy to compensate for their time.

@Bryan Jenkins thank you so much for the input. For BHam, how is the rental market in the Bessemer area and its surrounding neighborhoods?

@Andrew Postell Thank you so much for the insight! I appreciate it. It's a great reminder that our network is also our net worth.

As an out-of-state investor, I am interested in Alabama, specifically in Birmingham and Montgomery. Upon browsing Zillow, I noticed that there are some distressed properties (such as 3-bedroom single-family homes) that are priced reasonably between $60K - $90K. However, the After Repair Values (ARVs) of the newly renovated properties seem to be not very high, mostly in the range of $115K - $130K. I am curious to know about other investors' experiences in these markets.

If you have invested in either or both of these markets, could you please share your experience?
