Thank you everyone! It's good for me to hear that some feel we are at a tipping point in the market. I have wondered about that myself. See you all around - forums, podcasts, etc....

Hello! My name is Michelle (it says Michael but I’ll get that changed soon) and I am a condo owner in NYC. I’ve watched the value of my first purchase increase by 20% (some say it’s more than that) and it got me thinking - can I do something similar again? With BG I feel I have a great community to learn from and a better chance of success. I would like to find rentals. I’m open to a house hack in the area and also brrrr ‘s. Looking for non traditional financing bc I am newly self employed. Happy to be here!

Question about a house being sold (see link) and what the taxes are. The listing doesn't have anything listed since 2011. Also - what is assessed tax? thanks!

I'm confused about what's shown under "Taxes." It doesn't list taxes more recent than 2011 and there's a Tax Assessment that has has been 27K since 2000. Can anyone explain? Mansplain welcomed ;) Also, if you've watched Brandon's webinars, anyone want to make a call on this - Good Deal or Bad Deal (as a rental). thank you!
