Hey @Stephen Dickey how did things turn out? 

Its hard to trust anyone these days and you want to make sure all angles are covered correct? Be sure to get everything in writing. Do some research on possibly hiring an attorney to write up the contract that covers all parties with specific clause for your concerns.
