@Jeremy Pace

Would you recommend reaching out to agents to gain insight on the market even if I am not ready to buy?

Best Regards,

Rico

@Steven J.

What if you are cold calling local investors?

What are some things I can mentioned so they will give me an opportunity to volunteer and help out?

THank you,

Rico

@Jonathan Makovsky@Brian Gibbons@Jason Roberts

What is something you would like to hear from one trying to gain experience? I have been planning on making contact with local investors but if I can get any insight to increase my chances to help out and volunteer it would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Rico

Good evening BP Family,

I am just getting rolling and have been taking massive action. I have gained enough knowledge to know what I want and the route to get there. But of course for some people you cant do it all on your own. I have been reaching out to local investors to volenteer my time and help in any way I can. I told them that I am motivated and ready to learn as well as get down and dirty if they need me to.

I want to get into buy and hold multifamily apartments. One investor I met who is excited to work with me however is an investor in trailer parks. I know its as different as night and day but I was wondering how much different is the business aspect? Is it similarly structured multifamily?

My though are, it will be a great opportunity to gain some experience no matter what type of investment it is. Which I am all for, they have just picked up a new project and it will give me a chance to be apart of it from start to finish while learning some tricks of the trade.

I would appreciate any feedback! Have a great week!

Best Regards,

Rico

LEts say we are local, will it be better to manage it yourself of hire a PM to work on the day to day activities?

Thank you,
