What was your first real estate purchase or real estate involved business venture? I’m very interested in hearing more.

Does anyone here on the forum invest in Sustainable or Green energy homes? I am interested because I am a Business & Sustainable Tech student, I have recently been learning so much about the field. I do not see a big amount of Sustainable or Green energy homes in Indiana. Are there developers of these types of homes currently in Indiana? Is there a market for these homes and bring in renewable energy for homes? I look forward to hearing your replies!

Whats the best way to learn hands on with Real Estate here in Indianapolis? I love BP and helps me in all aspects but I also like to learn a lot in person. Anyone have any ideas for here in Indianapolis?

I love the grant Cardone reference! @Ivan Barrat

Thanks for all of the help guys! Andy Rumple I'm definitely open for that. I tried to send you a request but it's not allowing me to. You open to talk via email?
Hello everyone, My name is Rico Stewart I'm a 20 year old from Indianapolis, Indiana, and will be completing my second year as a Business Management/Finance major at IUPUI (Indiana University). I would like to make the point that I have no experience in real estate investing other than helping my dad flip homes when I was younger. I would love to learn more about the industry, as I plan to begin investing in multi family homes within the next year or so. I am aiming to even to learn as much as possible in the real estate investment industry. I have read a bit of content and listened to quite a few podcasts and videos relating to real estate, but I have a hell of a lot to learn still. I am currently on the search for a real estate internship in Indianapolis and would love to get an opinion or even a hint in the right direction from you all. Do you know of anyone looking for interns in real estate or property management? I learn a lot from BiggerPockets and parents etc but I'm a hands on guy! Thank you all for your help!

What is Renatus? They have recently approached me with an opportunity to learn but I want to hear other people's take because I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm pretty skeptical as of now.
