What's up BP fam!? I just relocated back to DFW, TX and looking to dive into the market here, ten toes down!! What's the market like here? Where are all the hot areas? How's property management around here, especially for those that have multifamilies. And are there any good REI associations in the area? Thanks!!

Electronics Engineer here. I think REI just makes too much since to most of us. We like our careers but being able to exercise that innovative thought pattern to freely think about a project that's personal to us vs a project that's required of us is much more fun and rewarding. And we like to be rewarded!

By the way, I just relocated back to the DFW area of TX. Anyone know what that market is like? What are all the hot areas right now?

Bill, I live here in Summerville and let me just say that these are two GREAT areas to invest in. Are you still out in CA? If you're looking for properties or a JV give me a shout! I'm a contractor/investor here in the area.
