@Mark Nicholson that’s great news! I have a fourplex in Norfolk, Virginia I would love to talk to them about. Just to make sure I call the right people, their website is rmsmortgage.com right? If not, can you share the contact info? Thank you!!

If you'd like an intro to my Iberia contact, just let me know. All the best

Hey Stewart - does your contact also do similar loans in Virginia?

Thanks @Chuks Erinne I'll give the bulk skip tracing a shot. I don't currently have a VA, do you have a provider you would recommend?

So I have done a couple of rounds of direct mail and now I want to start incorporating RVM.... I would have thought that the List Source lists had phone numbers, but they dont. So is the next step to go record by record and try to find a phone number? Do you outsource that work to a VA? Any and all advice is welcome! Thank you!

Anyone ever purchase an extended stay about 60 units? Anything I should keep in mind when evaluating this type of deal? Is it like evaluating an apartment complex? Thanks for any and all advice you can provide.

There have been some questions about @Bob Green on BP. To be honest, I did not know what to expect when he reached out to me. I'm glad that I listened to him and today we closed on my first fix and flip. For first time investors their Line of Credit program is not available, but their terms are reasonable. I got 3.5 pts, 12% I/O, 20% down and they funded 20% of the rehab costs. Bob was great to deal with, he was very quick to respond to emails and stayed on top of the processor to process the loan. There was a slight delay b/c the under writer asked for flood insurance ON the day of the closing. At the end of the day, the important thing is that it closed. I can confidently recommend @Bob Green and I look forward to our next deal together.  THANKS BOB!

 Thank you Patti! Great information!
