Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of doing a cash out refinance for my duplex in SC. I would appreciate anyone who might have some referrals on banks or lenders that can do cash out refinance for 75-80% LTV.

Thank you !

@Angelica M Garzon in order to receive a cash out loan on a duplex you would need a portfolio/commercial style loan.  This loan type would carry a higher interest rate than a standard Fannie/Freddie loan.  Try posting in the South Carolina forum to see if any locals know a good lender to use.  Good luck!
