So my partner dropped the finders fee for this particular deal, due to me bringing the cash to the table. In the future when it is an even amount of cash being brought to the table I will have to pay the fee not to exceed 5k. I still feel like it is a little excessive, I was thinking a 50/50 partnership meant just that.

it is a 50/50 partnership, I just feel we are both bringing something the other needs.  I understand it is more common in a syndication??  or larger investment groups? I am not totally against it I just wanted to know if that is common practice.

I am about to enter into a partnership and came across a clause in the agreement on finders fees.  Is a 1-3% finders fee normal in a 2 person partnership where one person is bringing the cash needed while the other person is bringing the financing and property to the table?

Can someone recommend a good affordable company I can use to direct mail market?  I want to send out my first tester of a few hundred mailers.  If possible I would like to be able to upload my own lists all at once.  thanks!

I have been trying to get mls access for a few months now.  Is anyone familiar with going the assistant route??  I have tried just about everything with these realtors and it is like they guard their mls access.  I know they cant just give it to me but can any realtor let me apply as their assistant ? I need to be able to comp houses whenever I need to
