I would like to get a pre construction appraisal for a duplex. To make sure my budget is accurate. Any body have a recommendation for an appraiser in the Tomball or Magnolia area?

I would think the truss area between floors on exterior walls should be insulated. With out it there is a gap in the exterior envelope. If you used a thermal camera on the exterior wall that area would show the hole in the exterior envelope.

Never tell people how much you have! Especially on a public forum! Use large sum of money. You can solicit info what to do without everybody knowing what you have! I would build small apts. You should try small projects first to figure out what you want to do! Be careful Many people will try to separate you from your money. Good luck!

@Juliana Limones First is water and sewer available? Are you trying to do this in Spring?
