Going to refinance my rental homes that have no mortgage. What paper work should I bring that will make us look bigger then we are. Does anyone have templates for them. Thanks for the help

@John Gardner I know that area good. The home is good if used for your own office but as a rental the numbers are off and interst will be low in the area for tenants. I looked at it for my office but to far out.
