This is a residential construction project on Maui. I can do the construction financing but on completion I would want to create six fractional interests in the finished project.
The land is free and clear, appraised at $1.9M. The owner will joint venture. Hard costs to build are $2.3, construction bid is in hand. Appraised value on completion is $5.1m. Timeline to completion is 15-18 months.
