I agree in most cases vehicles are depreciating assets. Not so much in the case of a Porsche, but I agree with the decision!

With a couple good purchases you can get 911 GT3 in no time ;)

@John Underwood do you purchase the certificate with the intent to obtain the home (higher priced lien) or for the interest?

If you are doing so to obtain the home, what happens if the home were to flood or catch fire ? Are there any forms of tax lien insurance policies ?
