Welcome! I've got a similar situation actually. I'm a newbie investor in ATL and finished my Masters in ML from GT!

I've been pondering how to leverage my skill set for an edge, but haven't really found the most practical/impactful idea yet. Analytics on areas seems pretty great to hone in on a certain zip code, but everything I'm reading tells me it comes down to the exact property and neighborhood. I do see some potential in some sort of automation tool that quickly analyzes deals. 

Anyway there's got to be some tool that the community could need. Maybe some of the PROs here can weigh in on analytics that might be useful. Let me know if you wanna sync up and we can brainstorm!

@Tan Mehedi how do we hear about the local BP meet up for Atlanta? Is there an email distribution or some facebook group I can join?
