Ethan...I hope to keep expanding in my area.  The tenant/landlord laws are very easy to navigate and there is a lot of rental demand.  However, the good deals are getting hard to find.

Hello...I am a buy & hold rental property investor.  I currently have 12 rental units (8-family, 2-single families, 1- two family) in the Lawrenceburg, IN area that I manage.  I also have one vacation rental in Daulphin Island, AL.
