The Wilson County Real Estate Investors Group will be having our second meeting! The first one was a great turnout and we got a lot of positive feedback. Please come, and bring your friends, to discuss real estate, investing, and life with other like-minded people. We had a great variety of experience levels at the first meeting so even if you are just interested in the topic come join us. Some light appetizers will be provided and there will be a server so feel free to eat, drink, and discuss!

@Laura Pattawi I hope you are feeling better! We will get some feedback from everyone that attended and then plan our next one. Not sure if it will be in December or January

While there are some excellent groups hosting meetings in Nashville and the surrounding areas there is nothing dedicated specifically to the Wilson County area. If you are interested in real estate investing, or are actively involved, in the Mount Juliet, Lebanon, and/or Hermitage areas please come join us at Jonathan's Grille (613 S Mount Juliet, Rd Mount Juliet, TN 37122) to meet other likeminded individuals.

The Dixon Team will host this event and it will be completely free to attend. Some appetizers will be provided but please feel free to order food or drinks while there. Hopefully this closing goes smoothly but that would require the builder to actually build the building which is apparently something he doesn't want to do?

Hi all!

I apologize, as I know this has been covered before but I cannot seem to get the search function to populate with any posts related to Clarksville!

Does anyone have any recommendations for a real estate attorney in the Clarksville, TN area? I am new to the area and in the process of closing on my first property and would love to have a good person to go to, preferably someone who invests, for the legal side of things.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Carrie Carlton I am quite new at this but I have been watching this area for several months and running numbers on all sorts of properties. The rents for multifamiles seem to be held down under about 950 with many of the buildings in the area renting in the 600-700 dollar per unit range. There are not a lot of multifamilies that will cash flow at the price they are selling for. The building I am looking at is a new construction in a neighborhood of newly built townhomes that is about halfway through development. If you are interested, I could give you more info.

The picture for single families looks a lot better. From some of the houses I have looked at you could cash flow 100-180 dollars per door. I just want to house hack when I get in the area so I am not going this direction initially. 

@John Montgomery probably has a MUCH better grasp on the area however.
