Hi Everybody! Sorry for the late notice I admit I am off doing Army things and dropped the ball! There will be a meeting of the Wilson County Real Estate Group this Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Johnathan's Grille in Mount Juliet. Please feel free to come out and join in for a few drinks, some delicious apps, and lively conversation. The group will meet up in the bar area of Johnathan's this time.

Unfortunately do to a variety of issues we are going to have to reschedule this event! I'm sorry for the late notice but we were scrambling to try and make it happen. @Eric Haines we will make it up and I will let you know when. I'm so sorry!

@Dustin Olson it is mainly made up of investors who live or invest in Wilson County but we have people come from all over. And the people in the group invest all over the state of TN and several other states as well. There is a solid variety of people with different backgrounds. You're more than welcome to come join even if you have no particular interest in investing or  living in Wilson County!!

He runs a Nashville group that meets at the Crows Nest monthly. 

There is also a Williamson County group that meets but I'm not certain they have a presence here on BP.

Everyone is welcome. We have people looking to making their first deal all the way to investors conducting 20-30 deals a year. Please come join us for a few relaxed hours of conversation and networking. Feel free to bring friends and stay as long as you want. Some light appetizers will be provided and Jonathan's 2-for-1 Happy Hour goes until 7 PM.

I just wanted to cross post this in the Nashville forum in case anybody hasn't made their way over to the Events page. This Wednesday April 18th we are hosting our April Meeting for the Wilson County Real Estate Investors Group at Johnathan's Grille in Mount Juliet from 6:30-8:30. If you are interested in connecting with likeminded individuals from the Wilson County area, please come join us. I only ask that you RSVP on the events page so we have a rough headcount.

There will be NO sales pitch or formal lecture it will just be a casual networking event for people of all experience levels to enjoy. We will have some free food and the restraint has a 2 for 1 drink special until 7:00 PM so please come join us if you are interested.

Just wanted to remind everyone the event is this Wednesday April 18th starting at 6:30! We are looking forward to seeing everyone there. Feel free to invite friends. There is NO cost to attend and there will not be any kind of sales pitch or pressure.
