@Albert Pena hello there glad your aboard your future money train. Hard work is right but think of the positive to it of I will have my freedom. I'm Richard & I'm new to but don't give up always think of how can I pay/do this and use the heck out of Bp to learn from the experienced ones & the tools here.

Is it wrong to raise rents on existing tenants after property has been purchased every 6 months tell rent is to rent level in area? (increments of $25 which would be a total of 2years in all to reach)

@Jay Hinrichs thanks but the none experience is the fact that work of finding the money and management of the property. I've done rehads & maintenance for 17years before but was for others that I worked for. Thanks.

Has any one recieved a loan from the company Funded Ltd out of Centennial, Colorado? Just curious to know if there a good hard money lender.

@Frank Patalano Hello sir. What's holding me back is not being sure my numbers are right & not having the confidence to take it to a hard lender and just worried if it would work out.
