Lots of answers to that question but in my opinion, it is Now.... Take action, start learning, build your network, set your goals, and learn as you go. That doesn't mean to say you are going to part with your money right now, you may have to wait until your cash flow is ready and the correct deal comes along but at least you will already be educated to make a good investment decision.

There is never a bad time to get into the property. :-)

If you want free I would turn to Social media. particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, learn how to set up your profile to attract people then learn where to go looking for your ideal customer.

I wanted to ask fellow foreign investors what there biggest fear or challenge is trying to get into the property market in USA.

Hey Ahmed, great to meet you. I'm also an international investor and have invested in quite a few properties in Atlanta which have always worked well for me. DO your due diligence and get set up with a  good team. It will cot you extra money but will save you in the long run if you are investing from a distance.

Good luck and feel free to connect .

Cheers Richard

Hey Travis, I do all my rental properties through National Real Estate Investors Group and always looked after me.

Hi Christopher I'm sure you have heard the saying "There is no bad time to get into property" its just finding the deal and making the numbers work. I am a foreign investor so I also can't get conventional loans so I look for deals with owner finance or hard cash, sure the rates are not so good but you just got to find a good deal.  Also consider finding good deals and then go searching for another investor looking for your deal, you have done all the work for them.

Start researching and crunching numbers, and as you say grow your network you never know who you will come across.

Good luck,

Cheers Richard
