Hey Christopher,  thanks for reaching out , i have been a contractor around east Tennessee all my life . I am interested in the investment aspect.  I am semi retired and mainly doing consulting work,  wanting to try to stay busy so i don't loose my edge , Lol. Nice place , lived here all my life basically.  The weather is mostly great , but if you don't like it , just stick around for a minute,  it will change . Just a locals joke . If you find a deal that may need some work and need a contractor,  let me know . I'm in contact with a few and i would just recommend the best ,because i do not want to tarnish my name by giving a bad recommendation.  Just dealing with liscened,  and insured crews that do quality work for honest wages.
