Post: 4 unit property for first investment?

I've found a 4 unit property for sale in my price range which also has a store front as well with a current long term tenant. This would be my first investment property. should I go for it or should I start with something smaller?

Fully rented, the property would generate roughly $2300 a month and my mortgage would only be $900.

I currently drive for coca cola in Pennsylvania and make about 60k a year. Looking at transferring to Dallas next summer. Not sure how much I will make in Dallas. Think it's a good idea to move to Dallas with current job to get into real estate? Looking to buy and hold/rent

I was found guilty of misdameanor possession of marijuana in Pennsylvania in 2012. Can I still get my real estate agent license in all states?
