Hi, my name is richard. I just want to introduce myself in the community. I’m in Millsboro,  Delaware.  We are  like 25 mins from Ocean City MD and 15 mins from Bethany beach. We moved here from NY. We just started to be looking for several properties recently in our area.  Interested in connecting to anybody close. Thank you!

@Richard Escano: Welcome. Are you wanting to pay full price or find properties "off market"?

We are just looking for something that we can buy and hold or rent for long term or even mid tern rentals since we are close to several hospitals here and there's a lot of travel nurses.

So, here is how things work. Most investment properties require 20% down ($80,000 on a $400,000 property) and you get 7.75% interest for a payment of $2,293. See Cell D163

Those who are more advanced go for "off market" and put 10% down with an interest rate of 3% for a payment of $1,465. See Cell F163. It's great for travel nurse rentals.

Thank you so much for the info! Just have a question, how/where can you access/get properties that are "off market". I mostly look at the typical sites like Zillow, realtor.com, Redfin, or even privy. Me and my wife sometimes drive around(DFD) for properties around our area.

There's 2 new hotels and a new lexus dealer built just in 2 years in Middletowb Also, Ive heard they are going tpo build LEGOLAND park in Goshen NY. Hopefully this will be good in the local RE.
