Does anyone have any recommendations for reliable Property Manager and Handy Man in New Orleans (70127)?

Does anyone have any recommendations for "reliable" handyman service in New Orleans? 70127 zip code

@Dane Fossee spending way to much time managing things and people to make sure that I am not being taken advantage of! Everyone is out to make a dollar (usually yours).

@Bart Mastin if you find out PLEASE come back and let me know. I get no less then 7 calls a day on various properties I own. Each time, I " politely" request to be removed from their calling list, to no avail. I am also on the DND registry. It is honestly a menace.

@Chris Plemeris I stay away from them, due to the HOA fees and some have rules around rentals.

@Joshua Janus any recommendations for good property mangers in that area?

@Bob Stevens I have just started looking for multifamily properties in Cleveland. Based on my research, there seems to be lots of opportunity. However, I am not sure what the absences of trending industries or large corporations in Cleveland will do to help with increasing economic growth. Other large cities that I have invested in real estate as long term holds for rentals had the advantage of significant economic growth to spur rent and property values. I don't see anything like that on the horizon for Cleveland in the near future.

@Lauren Kennedy, Hi Lauren! I am a real estate investor who has been investing in buy and hold SFR for over 20 years. I am just getting into multifamily. Real Estate investing has been extremely profitable for me. However, it has taken time. Most of my profitability has come from the appreciation of my properties. The market has been crazy!

Now to answer your specific question, I would say that ALOT of factors go into answering your question. The short answer is yes. HOWEVER, how profitable and how much you have to invest are key factors. The long and more realistic and logical answer is probably not.
