I have holdings in 

- Santiago, Dominican Republic - (28) Units, of which (21) are presently rented; 

- Sosua, Dominican Republic - Condo (3 Bedroom; 3 Bath)

I am interested in selling off the property and lands as we will be moving to the US.

I ran the numbers and it didnt work out.

When I review a county Tax Assessment roll; and the FULL MARKET VALUE of the property is significantly less than the asking price, should I even entertain the asking price?

What is the point of the tax assessment roll; is it a viable estimating tool?

Looking at a deal with the following:

2 Family - 130K

Rent Roll - 2200 (Possible 3rd tenant after C of O)

House has been rehabbed and all new utilities.

First Impressions?

Looking for Property Manager 

Rent out rooms as required

Shovel and keep eye on property

Alert owners to any maintenance items
