@Nick Heil reads like a book, but what are the numbers? How much do you make per unit when it was just 4, 10, 84? I know the cost will increase with each because of the added equipment or land. Curious.

Hi Josh, and thanks @Kurt Michaelson. I've done wholesaling the Tulsa area, buy/hold, and have lived here almost 20 years. I'd be happy to help. What questions can I answer? You can message me through BP.

@Robin Searle Tulsa, OK is requiring non-occupied owners of STR to go before board of adjustment and request exception to zoning- or a permit. The city is working to require a licenses. All this has take. Them a year to decide on. Limits of no more than 8 people and 4 bedroom homes... however if you are an owner-occupied STR there is no special permit. Others could speak better to our situation as I've just researched STR market here and only have LTR myself.

@Marc Winter thanks.

@Will Gaston awesome summary thanks. In your SFH. Do you have a contract and collect rent separately for each person? Or do you set the high price and let tenants find their own roommates to split it up?

@Christian Bunte have you considered a stackable washer dryer in smaller unit? Very little space. I’ve had laundry room’s consist of just washer dryer in my master closet, washer dryer behind double doors off the kitchen, and in the garage. In the garage is my least favorite.

@Nicole Heasley. This was 5 years ago and I think we asked. We also had to change address for our bill. Have you ever rented out a home with HELOC on it?
