thank you, that does help but it brought up another question relating to wholesaling.  When looking for a buyer in wholesale, should I just focus on locating other investors to purchase the property, or should I also be looking for someone interested in buying a home? Thanks again.

What is the best, and easiest way (I know that it is not easy) to locate buyers for property that I am trying to flip?

I'm new to the process and locating buyers for flips is my big concern. I have not been able to breakthrough and reach my first deal yet and I am wondering what strategies you guys recommend when searching for buyers when you purchase a house. Thank you

Hello, I am brand new to the business. I have not even been in the field yet but I have been doing some reading.  I am truly committed to turning this into a career, however there are a few concerns I have.

1.  At the moment I am looking to start out by using no money of my own.  Is this a reasonable request why/why not?

2.  What is the best way to go about finding a buyer while working in wholesale?

3.  Any other advice for a beginner?

I apologize if any of these questions have been asked before, I'm new to the site and haven't done much navigating.  Thank you.
