Hey @Floyd Jackson, are you still active around town?

Thanks @Brandon Sturgill, I'll check this out right away. I signed up for Hondros last night so hopefully I'll have my license soon!

@Milian Bonillo I was curious if you'd be willing to share any of the other courses that you've stumbled across? I'm on the fence about WI because I won't have much money left for marketing if I drop the 5k. So I'm interested in learning what my other options may be.

@Robert Ellis do you do wholesale deals as well? I'm on the fence about getting my License right now and also want to purchase the 5k course from Wholesaling Inc.

I’m a new investor from Columbus, Ohio and I’ve seen several places where people have brought in question the legalities of Wholesaling here in Ohio.

From my understanding it pertains mainly to assignment of contract.

The bandit signs are everywhere here, so I know deals are being done, but I just want to make sure that I’m doing things the right way based off of my own city.

Anyone have any insight on this?

@Brad Clarizio hi Brad. I’m new to the forum, what’s the easiest way to connect outside of the public forum to exchange contact info?

@Brett Schoenfelder great advice

@Steve Baldwin hello Steve. I am in the Columbus, Ohio market and am just getting started. If you are still investing, would it be alright to add you to my buyer list as well!

BTW thanks for the great share on the Title Company!
