Hello BP Family,

My wife and I are looking to buy a duplex, triplex or fourplex in the area of Ft Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, and surroundings. >$200k, with cosmetic repairs or updates needed to force appreciation. Min 4 bedrooms/ 2 bath. If you guys have any leads I'd really appreciate if you get in touch with me.

Thank you, Marcelo.

Hey @Account Closed, my wife decided to go with Keller Williams after doing lots of research not so much for the money/commision but because of the training and coaching provided. I hope this helps, greetings.

Thank you @Robert Smith for your time and input!

What you just mentioned is kind of what we had in mind, we are probably going to go with a well known company more than anything for the training provided to start and see how it goes. Thanks again!

Hello BP family,

My wife is getting her RE license in the next two weeks and we were wondering which company would be better for her to start where she can get a good training, coaching, mentoring, etc.?. That way we can transfer that knowledge to our Investing career.

Thanks in advance, Marcelo.

@Jaysen Medhurst, I just came across this deal of a friend of mine trying to sell his property so I was thinking maybe wholesale it to somebody either an investor or regular end buyer at a discounted price but I also thought that could be another way to approach it. Any ideas?

Thanks for your response!
